Archonette Club – Cultivating Young Women Leaders

The Archonette Club is a youth auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, created for high school–aged young ladies (ages 14–18) who demonstrate strong character, academic excellence, and a commitment to community service.

Sponsored by the Tau Alpha Zeta Chapter in Richton Park, Illinois, the Archonette Club provides a safe, empowering space where young women can grow into confident, well-rounded leaders.

Our Mission
To guide young women through personal development, community involvement, academic achievement, and cultural enrichment—preparing them for successful futures.

Program Highlights
Archonettes participate in:

  • Leadership training & etiquette workshops
  • Community service projects
  • College and career readiness activities
  • Cultural and social outings
  • Public speaking and financial literacy sessions
